Volunteer
Yes! The CSA is run by volunteers!

All members are asked to volunteer to 4 hours of time during the season. Most members fulfill this commitment by helping to manage the pick-up site on a Tuesday afternoon. This can be done all at once, or members may work two "half shifts" (i.e. 4:00 to 5:45 or 5:45 to 7:30). Shift duties involve helping to set-up (opening and labeling boxes, weighing and pre-packaging a few shares), checking in members, answering easy questions, and helping to clean up (breaking down boxes, storing chalkboards). Members can sign up for their volunteer shifts using the website links provided after signup.
